Delivery charges are determined based on each Organic B product.
Estimated delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days, though this timeline may vary due to product availability.
Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Your shipping address and pin code will undergo verification using Organic B’s database. If your order cannot be serviced by our delivery partners or merchants, or if your area is not covered, we may request an alternate shipping address from you. In such cases where an area is not covered by Organic B, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
For orders containing multiple products, we strive to ship them together. However, logistical constraints or product characteristics may prevent this. If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, they will be sent to a single shipping address provided by you. If you require products to be shipped to different addresses, separate orders should be placed accordingly.
For hygienic purposes, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sold products.
Our Products are not eligible for a refund.
In case of defect, buyer can contact customer support and send the item to the provided address.
Missing Items
Although We Take Every Precaution to Process Your Order Within 24 Hours, If You Find That Any Item Is Missing From The Package. Please Drop An Email Along With The Photograph Of The Package To support@organicb.in within 12 hours of delivery.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items are considered as final sales and cannot be refunded or canceled.
Non Acceptance of Products
In case of non-acceptance of products by the customer, the amount will be credited to the user’s Organic B wallet. An amount of Rs 100 will be deducted as a cancellation charge.
Note: It is always advisable to make a video while opening the package.
