For hygienic purposes, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sold products.
Our Products are not eligible for a refund. 

In case of defect, buyer can contact customer support and send the item to the provided address.

Missing Items
Although We Take Every Precaution to Process Your Order Within 24 Hours, If You Find That Any Item Is Missing From The Package. Please Drop An Email Along With The Photograph Of The Package To [email protected] within 12 hours of delivery.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items are considered as final sales and cannot be refunded or canceled.

Non Acceptance of Products
In case of non-acceptance of products by the customer, the amount will be credited to the user’s Organic B wallet. An amount of Rs 100 will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

Note: It is always advisable to make a video while opening the package.
